Normally, "X Left" means remaining bookings for the posted price (or fare class sales availability). However, as @dfwskier mentioned, "X Left" could also mean overall flight availability.
One way to check for sure is to start a booking and set the passenger count to any number higher than the "X Left" value (I think 8 would be the max). If the flight in question still appears to be an option, that would mean the "X Left" is for posted price or fare class availability; if the flight shows as "Unavailable" for all the fare classes, the "X Left" would likely mean overall availability.

Could definitely be either! Usually at price point, but there is always a chance it could be seats left!!
What I usually do is go back and make a "mock reservation" with let's say 8 passengers and see if that same flight has 8 seats. That usually determines whether it is price or seats left
