I have submitted a large quantity of applications over the last 8 months. I know SWA is competitive, but honestly my resume/experience is as well. I have received nothing beyond automated rejection emails, some months after my initial submission, not a single call from an HR rep. I suppose they have a lot of people applying. Questioning if its worth it to even keep applying? Not so much as a single response is kind of crazy, looking back to the number of req’s I submitted my resume to.
