I received a denial for my first officer application because it stated I did not meet the minimum requirements.   I appear to have all the minimum requirements based on the requirements page.   Is there a way to get more details?

I just had the same thing happen to me. If somebody from. Southwest could get back to me that would be great. I have experience and qualify.

I have this same issue! I applied to one internship opportunity and it says the application is in progress, but the other one I applied for (UI/UX Internship for Spring 2025) has been denied immediately. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. I took a look at your UI/UX Design Internship application, and your application was removed from consideration due to you answering "no" to this question: 

"As a candidate do you have entry level experience, specialized knowledge in: Digital Experience Design, User Experience Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Large Organization Experience". 

That said, I see that we also received your application for the Digital Solutions Internship! This application is still active, and our Teams should begin reviewing those applications after the application window closes on September 16!
