I applied for jobs May 30, June 8, and June 26. All still say "In Progress". I wish we had updates saying if the initial review passed, then next step passed. 

I miss the days where we could call for updates.

I know it’s hard, but you have to be patient. As an applicant, you have to remember that SWA receives an overwhelming amount of applications. It’s normal to see applications from individuals who have no experience, but apply for the position anyways. It takes time for the recruiters to review and contact qualified candidates.
