Application not showing up in Dashboard

On 12/24/2022 I applied for the Source of Support Representative position. After I finished applying I received a email saying Thank you for applying. I logged back in the next day and noticed my application is not showing up in the dashboard. I am extremely interested in this position and don’t want to miss out on this opportunity. Has anyone else had the same issue? Or is there anyone I can call to check the status of my application?
