Afternoon,
Having many years of airlines experience from ramp, airport customer service, and inflight. Was applying for a position in CLE once I filled out the application within in a minute recieved that dreadful email that I didn't meet the minimum requirements. Just wondering what I'm doing wrong. I'm would like to relocate back to the Cleveland area since I've lived there before. What is Southwest looking for in the application process?

It likely has nothing to do with your experience.
This topic comes up a lot. People get immediate 'not qualified" responses when they do things like answering "no" to questions like
Are you eligible to work in the US
Are you willing to attend training in Dallas
I'm sure there are others.
Look at your answers to questions like that.
