There is no way of knowing it. few weeks to few months. It depends on your location where you are from.

Hi, just got to southwest airlines employee portal, if you don't have a account, click for career and then sign in to apply for the job. If you applied for a job there and for some reason they turned you down. You will have to wait for another year (365) days in order for you to re-apply.

Hopefully, you will lands the jobs there like the other does. Best of the luck!
