Hello,
It’s my understanding that a performance test is part of the face to face flight attendant interview process and one of the requirements is to be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder. Is this lift test typically closer to the 50 pound mark or less?
Also, I know the starting hourly rate is $25.14 per trip and the per diem is $2.30 per hour. Since I’m not sure how much the per diem amounts to per month, I would be interested in knowing, on average, how much a beginning flight attendant makes the first year.
Thanks everyone!

I just googled your questions. I’m not positive all the information on this site is accurate, but it’s a good start.

I didn’t have to lift anything in my performance test a few weeks ago.
