Hello, I applied for customer service agent at LAX. Around five weeks ago I recieved an email stating that southwest was going to process applications and I would receive follow up in three weeks. Still have not heard back, and application on dashboard still says in process. Anyone had this happen and still hear back or get hired?

Just keep waiting. As long as it doesn’t say ‘closed complete’, you’re still in the running.

Good to know....thanks! I am also waiting for next steps on my application and I keep checking to see that my app shows "In Progress" which I assume is a good sign of being in the running. Fingers crossed for a phone interview!
