Please help!

I logged on this morning and applied to the flight attendant position. I submitted the application successfully and even took a picture of the screen. I just logged in and my dashboard does NOT show I applied. I did not get a confirmation email either. Is there anything I can do at this point? So upset.

Hi @christy5,

 

We apologize you did not receive your email confirmation and know how upsetting that can be.  When we experienced a bit of turbulence yesterday (and continuing today) with our application system, this also effected the outgoing emails and is taking sometime to catch up. Rest assured we are here to support you and you will receive your email confirmation.  Thank you for your patience and will to continue to provide updates here.

Great news! As of last night my dashboard showed the job submission! It did go through just took some time for my dashboard to catch up.
