application “in process” for a month

Hi everyone!

My application for ramp position at RSW has been in process for just over a month now. Was wondering if this is the norm. Having worked for another airline, I know these things take time, and there are probably many other system wide applications being processed. I’d just like to know if I still have a chance, or have been declined. Thanks!
