I called customer service today and was hoping to get a little more information than was available on the website however, the agent could only reiterate what was listed online. With a rabbit being the same size a small cat, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to travel with the same requrirements.

I am sadly just finding this out too... So people can bring their "service" dog on the plane to bark all the way from NYC to Miami, but don't you dare bring a quiet animal that is known for being exceptionally quiet and generally adorable.
Maybe their nonsensical pet policy was made by the same IT system that was reported to have caused the thousands of delayed flights earlier this year! 🙂

You'll see the same policy on every domestic airline.
