I booked one way tickets for my father, daughter and myself to Florida using vouchers and credit card. I then booked the return tickets, also one way, using points. I didn't see another way to do it. However, my father is not going. Is there a way to cancel just his tickets? No companion ticket or senior ticket is involved.
Thank you,
Carin

You'll need to call -- you can't do that online. A phone rep can cancel your father's ticket (only). For the outbound, you'll receive travel funds, usable by your father, valid until the expiration date of the vouchers you used. For the return, you have the appropriate number of points deposited back into your account.

Thank you. I figured as much.
I've been on hold for 30 minutes.
Listening to SWA's INSANELY TORTUOUS REPETITIVE AND DISJOINTED PATTER.
The ATF could have used it on the Branch Davidian complex.
It's outrageous. And a reminder of why I stopped flying this bush-league "airlines."

@goldstar56 You can also try the "chat" function within the app if you're on hold on a different phone (or put your phone on speakerphone while you try the app).
