I have $151 in travel funds with an expiration of June 2018. I'm trying to apply them during my ticket purchase and I get the error "Maximum number of Travel Funds reached or Travel Fund not applicable."
This is the only travel fund I'm using so I am not hitting the maximum. I checked the funds with the "view travel funds" tool and everything is in order. Can someone think of what is causing this problem?
Thanks.

Same passenger(s) name? Flight(s) prior to the expiration date?
Otherwise, it's likely yet another infamous Southwest "glitch." You'll need to call.

My issue was that my name did not match EXACTLY. I normally do not use my middle name just an initial but these travel funs were book with my full middle name.
