I am heading to Dallas on Wednesday. We will be at the Kaye Bailey Hutchinson Center where Dallas is housing 4000 evacuees from Houston starting tomorrow. My friends want to send a box of supplies that the Red Cross is asking for from Oakland to Dallas on the plane with me. Will Southwest waive the $75.00 extra luggage fee?
