Yesterday I flew from Milwaukee to San Diego and on to Phoenix. I arrived in Phoenix at 5:30 pm, but my checked bag did not. Peggy and the other ladies in the Baggage Service Office were great!!!! They made phone calls to see if they could track down my bag and searched the baggage claim area. I waited around for about two hours to see if my bag arrived on another flight from either Milwaukee or San Diego. It didn't so I went on home. Around 10:30 Peggy called and told me that my bag had been found. It arrived at my house at 2:00 am. Thank you Southwest for getting my bag back to me and a huge thanks to Peggy and the ladies for being so helpful!!!!!!!
