I've had an iPad 2 that has had zero issues watching live tv on flights until a month ago. Since then, I've been unable to watch live tv on flights. I get a blank guide screen on the past three flights, so I figured I'd ask if anyone has suggestions. I've cleared the history, the browser, cache, etc. I'm unable to download the SW app to my device, but as I've mentioned there's never been an issue until a month ago. Any guidance or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried navigating to getconnected.southwest.com or to southwestwifi.com?
Also, have you tried on an additional browswer such as Chrome?
Is your iPad up to date?
