Luv voucher

My grandmother passed away last night and I need to travel next week for the services.

I had expired travel funds that I was told I could get a luv voucher for. I was told this would take up to 20 days to receive. I need to book my flight and my question I guess is, how long does it normally take to receive and is there any way to get the voucher sooner?

I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother and understand your urgency to book a flight. If you reached out to Customer Relations and they are sending you a voucher for expired travel funds, it generally only takes a day or two for you to receive it via email. Things can go wrong but generally it only takes 24-48 hours for you to receive it.
