I am trying to apply my unused travel funds to purchase a new ticket. But, I got an error message saying the names on the traveler did not match the name on the unused travel funds. Apparently, there is a typo on the unused travel funds. A "Q" typo appears at the end of my last name. How do I get this corrected, so I may apply these funds to purchase my ticket?
