Hi,
I lost a laptop in the plane recently. I filled out the lost and found form in the website, but it was never found. (After a month they closed the case).
I have seen many other passengers had the same issue with Southwest. This is a negative mark in Southwest reputation and I am not sure why they do not do anything about it.
Here is the story. I left my laptop which had all my photography works in the seat pocket in my flight from Boston to Houston which had a stop in St. Louis, MO. (in the second leg from St. Louis to Houston). It was the last flight of the night and I expected the flight attendents to easily notice it but they never get back to me.
