Travel Funds Usage Query

I have a question regarding the usage of travel funds with Southwest Airlines. Can anyone provide guidance on the process of utilizing travel funds for booking flights? Are there any restrictions or limitations I should be aware of?

Assume you mean restricted travel funds (from Wanna Get Away tickets). The  only rule is that only the person whose name is on the fund may use it.

Un restricted travel funds (from Wanna Get Away+ and other tickets that did not receive dollar refunds) may be transfered to any other person with a Rapid Rewards accout.
