My husband was having problems using his travel funds so he called SW yesterday at about 5:30 p.m. He had the option of being called back, which he took, and was informed it would be in 16 minutes. No call came by the time we went to bed. Then at 1:40 a.m. the phone rang, woke us up and ruined part of a night's sleep. We didn't answer but I see this morning on Caller ID that it was Southwest. (800-435-9792) Who treats customers like that?
