I checked my travel funds and they are totally gone on my husbands site and half of mine are gone....they were not expired........where did they go

I would reach out to Southwest though one of these methods: Submitting a Suggestion and/or Complaint I recommend Twitter for the fastest response. When you contact them be sure to have the confirmation number that you think the funds should be on available so they can assist easier.

Well, they shouldn't just disappear. SW might be having some computer issues as it tries to implement the extension of travel fund expirations dates.
