I understand that one passenger can check in one pair of skis and boots in lieu of one of the two allocated free bags, but if two people are flying together, can the skis be combined into one bag for and still qualify for the subsitution (subject to the regular weight restrictions)?
Restated, does each passenger need their own ski bag in order to take adavantage of the skis fly free policy?
