Esteban, a very special flight attendant

I wanted to let the brass at Southwest know that they have quite the gem with Esteban. We are VERY frequent flyers and LOVE wine. We were celebrating a business deal, and Esteban treated us like he was a sommelier and we were at a fine restaurant - complete with the white napkin over his arm and pouring from the bottle for us. He made it SO special and fun. A true embodiment of the Southwest brand. I hope he gets a raise!
