Flight not showing using Uplift

I used Uplift to book flights last night. I received confirmation from Uplift stating that Southwest approved my booking, but I haven’t received anything from Southwest. The flights also are not showing up in my Southwest account under Upcoming Trips. Does it typically take 24 hours or should I contact customer service?

When you book a flight, it shows up immediately in your RR account.

Something headed south on you:

Could you have entered an incorrect RR number

Did you make note of the confirmation  number. Can you use it to check the flight?

I've never used Uplift. Is there a way to check with Uplift to verify a reservaton was made?

Until you verify these things you  should assume that you do not have a reservation.
