This week in my way back to Austin from Tampa, one of my bags was lost. Avery, at Austin airport, was so kind and was able to get in contact with the person who picked up my bag by mistake. Thanks so much, Avery, for your kindness and diligence! I got my bag back that same evening.

I LUV Avery helped me several times at the BSO and a few times checked me in for my flights great person and we even had several great conversations since we always see each other since AUS is my home airport. I’m glad Avery was able to help you as well.
