hey everyone ,
we are working through Virtual desktop environment and most of functions such as tracking or schedule search not working inside this environment.
on physical machine seems ok but keep switching to get data is not what we expected.
do you have any blockage on Azure virtual desktop solutions?
this is the error we are getting
"This feature is currently not available. Please try again. If the error continues, please call our Cargo Customer Care Center at 1 (800) 533-1222."

Thanks for sharing this. However, this community forum is customer-to-customer and IT-related issues related to SW Cargo will likely not get processed here. I would call the SW Cargo number listed on the error for assistance for any cargo transactions.
To address your question regarding a possible software conflict with your virtual desktop system, I would send an email directly to Southwest Cargo Customer Service and they should be able to relay your message to their IT department:
