If Southwest ever hires Psychologists, you can hire me, once I'm qualified! :)

I wonder if Blog Boy hid his candy corn? I wish I could meet him, Carole, Paula, & the others! I did get to meet Mary Noel-Hennes in STL when I was waiting for my flight. She autographed a boarding pass, gave me some cool things, & was in a picture with me!

Kathy, I'm really sorry you got the letter no one wants to get! I've gone through that before & I was crushed. I shed some tears, too; I won't lie about that! I'm glad you're not giving up!

Where did you get a hardcover copy of the book? Maybe I could buy one & still keep my other one, of course.

That's great, Joe! I'm glad you're having fun. 🙂 What does FLY class stand for?
Maybe one day I can be a Psychologist for Southwest! If that career-Psychologist-turns out not to be for me, then I will certainly try again for Southwest!

Helen, I'm assuming you've heard the saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover." Well, don't judge Southwest until you've flown them. I always have great service on Southwest & believe me, if I could fly this airline everywhere I go, I would. I have some friends whom I LUV dearly that work for Southwest, too!
Exciting news for the day: I reapplied at East Central University, where I earned my first Bachelor's, & received my letter of acceptance on Thursday! I'm going back for a Bachelor's in Psychology, & then possibly a Master's in it! I want to be a Psych. Tech, Psychologist, or both-just not at the same time, obviously!

Yes, Joe, I hope to! Well, after my second Bachelor's, I have to obviously get a Master's & license! If I decide to try again for SWA, I can use my Psychology on the Customers! It's too bad I can't be a Psychologist two days a week, an FA one day a week, a CSA one day a week, & an RSA one day a week!
I'm sure you're counting down the days. I would be! :)

"I'm going back to school, I'm going back to school. Hi ho, the derry oh I'm going back to school!" Yes, I am going back for a second Bachelors degree; this time it's in Psychology, which is what my Associates is in! I want to work in the Mental Health field & have been really interested in it since my first Psych. class in high school. It's rewarding, & also, when talking to my Psychologist, she makes me want to go into that field.

Thanks for another great post, Carole! I know a boy who is autistic & has bipolar & another boy who is autistic. The first boy I mentioned likes insects! The other boy became clingy to me & would sometimes cry when I left. They are in high school & elementary school now. I also know a girl who has Asperger's syndrome. She's in junior high now.
My church has Respite Care two Friday nights a month, I believe it is. It's for parents who have children with special needs, & they have volunteers who watch them & have activities. That way, the parents can have a break.

Where I live, there are several Panera Bread Company restaurants. My parents & I love (LUV) to eat there, & our favorite one we go to most is down the street from my apartment! 🙂 I have several favorite restaurants. There are also Krispy Kreme doughnut stores here, but I've never been.
Believe it or not, I'm honestly not a big fan of eating. Still, though, I especially like foods with the word Southwest in them, such as a Southwest-style Chicken Panini sandwich! 🙂

Once, when I was flying home from DC, my plane hit an airpocket. All of a sudden, it went straight down, & I didn't know what it was. I asked a flight attendant, & she told me. Of course, I had my seat belt fastened, but it was still scary! This was not on Southwest, unfortunately, but I was flying back from DC & not BWI.

I really do LUV to fly! The worst case of turbulence I had was a little over 14 years ago, when my parents & I were flying home from Chicago; unfortunately, we didn't fly SWA. 😞 It was very windy at take-off, so obviously it made for a rough one. I was quite scared (it has to be pretty turbulent to scare me), but once we got out of it, things were fine.
Another time, I was on my way home from BWI, & there was some bad turbulence between ATL & home, being TUL. When I was leaving the airport in TUL , it began lightning; after I got home, it began storming. My mom said I made it back between fronts.

Ohhh, I dread turning 40! I'm 30 now (my birthday is in July), & I seriously feel old! I don't feel it mentally or physically, but still, I don't feel young anymore. Hopefully, when I turn 40 (& 45, 50, & so on), that I'll still look younger than I am! 🙂
