Southwest needs to simply list all unused credits against the flying customers rapid rewards number in a master file. The fact that one has to go to each individual past flight to determine what fractional amounts or fare differences remain is rediculous. With the sophistication that exists with Southwest's web site, this is a necessary tool would benefit frequent travelers who should be considered Southwest key customers. By doing this, it would also encourage less frequent travelers to sign up for a rapid rewards card. Come on guys I have a vision of a guy at Southwest rubbing his hands together waiting for the next days funds to expire... This may be why this tool does not exist already. Do the right thing and then advertise that you did it. It will be worth it.
