This thread started in 2016 and I’ve been a companion pass business traveler for many years now. I can tell you the Wi-Fi is worse now than I can ever remember. The absolute majority of all flights I take (numerous cities and countries) there is no Wi-Fi. If you do have Wi-Fi it fails almost 100% of the time during flight. This is my last year fighting the issue as I need to be connected to travel for business. I have yet to see anything from SWA about we hear our customers and we are doing something about it. It’s a disaster of a system.

My Android motoz3 with Android 9 or later stopped working during world series. Still not working. Live TV freezes and starts and stops. Very jittery when does work, but only for a second or two. Tried all the suggested fixes, nothing works. Cleared cashe, reinstalled app, installed air player, etc. Ideas?

Don't dare try to modify your reservation with a companion attached, it's the ole NOPE message we all love.

I really like the companion pass, but after all that money spent to obtain it, it would be nice to enjoy your companion on a flight by boarding together. Had to drop $40 to sit by my wife because flight was going to be full.

You sir are dead on accurate. Wi-Fi is very iffy and especially on newer 800 series. I would say my experience has been about 20% good, 30% poor, 50% terrible. The wifi system needs work, didnt have this issie with United wifi. Alist preferred member Jody
