@KelbyTansey,   Thanks for posting the past these videos for us... They are giving me hope...   I'm a Trauma Nurse, I worked over ten years caring for patients who were totally dependent on me. You can't be on your feet for 12-13-14 hours in a row, ignoring your bladder screams, your aching feet, your hunger cramps... if you don't care, if you're not a warrior for your patients, and if you don't have a fun attitude to help you recharge your batteries, or help the patients find some hope, when hope is not in sight.   Today I heard from a SW flight attendant that 200,000 applicants are expected for this position. That number is mind buggling! I'm sure there will be more "well qualified" candidates than there are vacant positions... I can't worry about that... and fellow applicant-reader, you can't worry about that either! Because ultimately, just knowing that the hiring process is so selective, should give us the comfort of knowing that the people doing the hiring are that much more qualified to do the selection. Dear @cbowman   I read your post. Sorry for your frustration... It sounds like it's become pretty difficult for you to keep an accurate record keeping of your credits, especially since you accumulate a large number of them. It's great though that the company is willing to cooperate with you!   I love SWA, and I truly believe that it truly cares about its customers. We can count on one hand the airliens that would go to such great lengths to keep us all satisfied, and earn our business. For this reason, I find it difficult to believe that they would want to cause confusion intentionally to any of their passengers' records. I can only speculate that any voucher they issue is sort of a "currency", and therefore, once it's provided to us customers, it's for our safe-keeping.   I hope you don't mind a little suggestion.... As you may know, many email domains allow us to use "rules" for our emails. I find that tool very useful... perhaps you may want to give it a try? For instance, in my email folders I have one called "SWA", and any email that comes from SWA goes automatically in that folder. This way, I never have to worry about searching for my records.   Sorry, I know that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but when everything else fails, I'm sure that reaching out to the SWA customer service office will help you get this situation straighten up!   I hope you would want to post a follow up here, once you receive your answer. Hi Phil,   I read your question. I'm not a flight attendant, and I have never worked as a flight attendant, so take it for what it's worth. If I were you, I would research online as much as I could about the life of a flight attendant, the requirements of the position, the expectations on the job, etc... There are so many websites online that will tell you more than you want to know, lol!...
