I have over year experience in major US airline as customer service rep doing front counter, customer rebooking and gates and i got email stating Since our practice is to review applications in the order they are received, we think it is only fair to let you know that we have received more applications than needed to fill the position, and we will not be moving forward with your application at this time.
I filed on 1st 20 hours it was release and was on site 2 days.

you have to think how you can help customers, go beyond the job scope in another job and applied to job you are applying for, think why you want to work with southwest, learn about programs that you can advance in company, what you can you do for southwest, when problems arise listen to customers and solve their problems etc. I have been hired by southwest and another airline found similar questions asked but some new ones that used in other positions

It will take some time, they are also working on former employees as well. it took me to 4 months before I got get official date for first day training. I had to get after former southwest employee clearance before interview then backgrounds 3 months then month after sending my convid 19 vaccination card which final step and former Southwest employee evaluation. 4 months passed before I got official starting date

I always got offer by your email that register on your application, I had gotten 3 jobs offers , 2 in last 2 months < i got lucky , I inquired recruiter about a position that's been under review for last 6 weeks in my dashboard, I wanted to do instead,, so I got interviewed and was verbally offer a job for that position and recruiter transfer all my pre employment to that position and got official email and withdrawal from the other positions due to moving forward another position at Southwest

Southwest never say that if offering you a job, its always worded different, i have couple job offers in last 2 months and theyre worded the same from 2 different recruiters. One from Zoom and other from face to face interview. I dont want to post the correct word on site. I just got one yesterday.

recruiter told me, since former employee I have to be review before job offer can be given and that many former workers are reapplying since they took voluntary resigned during Con-vid and they have to reviewed them all, I know I should be good since I received an offer from another position
