I can confirm that one of my customers suddenly stopped receiving emails from SouthWest. We use Barracuda's SPAM filtering service, which is widely accepted and known amongst IT folk. From what we can see, the emails never arrive at all, suggesting the issue is squarely on the sender's side ( SouthWest ). This will never be fixed until their IT staff looks into it thoroughly.
