Suggestion made many times to FA and Executive Relations, i get the impression nobody ever actually considers suggestions. Instead of having the initial delcaration and 3 changes to your Companion, why not just allow someone to designate 2 or 3 people as companions and select from the list. My wife flies with me regularly, and my daughter flies with me in the fall for football games. Because you wont allow this selection, i have to wait and HOPE there are seats available for the Fall travel after my wife's last trip as a companion and then HOPE AGAIN that if i need to change back to my wife, there will be seats. There are MANY better ways to do this than the current 3 changes AND it would allow you to better manage your seat inventory.

After 2 VERY frustrating weeks dealing with a Southwest induced cancellation and needing a refund, my dealings with Ms. Thompson were SO refreshing and have restored my faith in the Customer Relations Executive Department at Southwest. I had grown so accustomed to apologies with little action and, in reality, little confidence that anything was ACTUALLY being done. Ms. Thompson fixed that and has given me confidence that my choice of Southwest as my airline of choice was the right one!

Same. Started March 16, 2018. No emails. Southwest "executive customer relations" is basically worthless on this. Say they will contact IT, but they wont tell you why/how it happened. They, Executive Customer Relations, simply tell you they are as high as you can go and they will forward your concern on to management.
