Leave them a note in the "contactc us" portion of the website and explain what you said here.   It's a balancing act for Southwest - leave late from Houston that allows people from the rest of the domestic network time to get to Houston to take the flight, or leave early from Houston which blocks out much of the domestic travelers but allows flexibility on the BZE end of things.   If there are enough people flying locally from Houston that can take the earlier flight they will make a change, but if the BZE passengers are from other parts of the US they probably will have to keep the later depature time.         ... I have not yet flown to Belize because they don't offer a nonstop flight from HOU that arrives in the morning. If you are going anywhere in Belize after landing, you will be taking a puddlejumper flight. These small planes stop flying around dusk, and SWA arrives too late to schedule these. Belize City is a nasty place where I don't want to stay overnight to grt a puddlejumper the next day to go to Stann Creek district. Other airlines got it right and arrive in the morning. when SWA executives get their heads on straight and add a nonstop morning flight, I would be happy to use SWA.
