Liza, I believe that none of this is aimed at properly-trained service dogs such as yours. It's aimed at the dogs who are flying for free because their owners went to a random person (who may or may not be a mental health professional) to get a doctor's note calling the dog an "emotional support animal." These dogs yap and wander the cabin and occasionally attack instead of being well-behaved the way service animals like yours are. You have proof that your animal was trained, I would guess. These others do not because their animalshave no training. Know that people who judge ESA's are usually smart enough to know the difference.
