I have been working with customers as a manager in branch banking for several years and finally decided it was time for me to make the move to my absolute passion, the Airline industry, and Southwest is where I want to be, no question. What is it on an applicant's resume that would stand out to be invited for an interview? Also, I am posting for an entry level position at the airport. How can I avoid being labeled as over qualified? Even though I have built a successful career in banking, I am thrilled to start over if it allows me to be where I want to be. Thanks! I am excited (NUTS) to be part of this blog and a future crew member in the Southwest family!
