Recently we have received reports of https://southwest.com being unaccessable due to the access denied error. I have had very little luck in regards to finding a resoultion or even a root cause for this error. Reference #18.37b52d17.1533585554.61d739c4 Research has led to knowing the site blocks some incoming international traffic, however this is domestic in regards to being located in Ohio. Testing has been done on multiple devices mobile and PC with the same results. Side note Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 have been tested and SSL/TLS v1.2 isn't an issue. I notice at the bottom of the website there is an icon that "Indicates external site which may or may not meet accessibility guidelines". Does anyone know what pertains to these guidelines? Exploring the Internet has proved to be unfruitful and looking to see if anyone can assist or lead me in the right direction. In addition reached out to customer support via telephone, however that is primarily for booking. Thank you for your time.
