Apparently Southwest has analyzed the situation and decided the costof making the website avilable interntionally exceeds the reveneue/profit it would get from selling tickets in those places. If that's you, your options are to use a US based VPN or use the cell app in CELL DATA mode and not wifi. If you are in a country that Southwest provides service, the suggestion is that you clear cookies and history and try again. For people in the US, the situation occurs almost certainly due to a problem with the users' computers and not the website.
