I have a question regarding start dates and end dates on the application form. If I am currently at job I would fill in the start date. Do I leave the end date empty if I am presently still working at the job? There is not a place to write the word "present". There is only a month box ,day box, and year box. Hi, I am interested in applying for a flight attendant position with SW. There were no openings currently posted. I wanted to set up my profile ahead of time so when something was posted I had the info in my profile. The only way I could figure out doing that was to click on yellow box that says Talent Communities. I was able to download my resume but the only info they asked for was my email and area of interest and if I would relocate. What do I do if a posting happens? Do I apply and resubmit my resume?   ... View more
