I watched a couple walk all over the airport then at my gate the guys wife boarded with a wheel chair! They then each saved two seats for family. What? I need one more business select flight for a companion pass then will buy cheap tickets going forward.

The abuse is ridiculous! I purchased my last business class sear today. I’ll pay the lower price and still get a mid A boarding position. I have spent 25K in the last 6 months to be able to sit in the first two rows.

I fly weekly and purchase business select. With the amount of pre boarding some legit and some not it makes no sense for me to pay the extra going forward. I had A3 today and wound up in row 6. I am an A list anyway. I am ALIST and wil be companion pass after 6 months of flying at $25,000! can anyone at Southwest give me reason to continue paying a premium?
