I have an iPhone 8 and thought there was something wrong with the restore I did when I transferred from my 6S to my 8. Typically these issues are resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling an app, which I did with zero luck. I followed the steps Steve suggested: 1. Turn on Airplane mode and connect to WiFi 2. Log into the App. 3. Turned off Airplane mode and disconnected from WiFi 4. Logged out of the App 5. Logged back into the App 6. SUCCESS!! Thanks Steve! Southwest SERIOUSLY needs to fix this issue with their app. I reported it to them last night.
