For the fourth year in a row, Rapid Rewards won the award for Best Customer Service, on top of being dubbed the loyalty program of choice. This year, our goal is to take Rapid Rewards’ recognition to a whole new level by bringing home all three major awards—Best Customer Service, Best Loyalty Credit Card, and Program of the Year.
