Hello Everyone, I was on a couple trips this past week and have had problems connecting to the inflight entertainment.
I have a Galaxy S24 and when I click the SouthwestWifi it sends me to the "get connected" page where, instead of saying, "access portal" it says, "copy portal link". However, when I do so, nothing comes up in my browser. Secondly, when I try to "use network as is" it says that it has connected to the wifi but nothing will load. Also, it seems that I am able to watch live TV but movies will not connect no matter how much I try.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, So, I have a question regarding pre-boarding. Does anyone know if there is a restriction on where I sit on the plane if I am helping someone who is pre-boarding? I have someone on my flight tomorrow morning that has a scooter and needs help with their luggage. After I help them put the stuff in the overhead bin, am I allowed to sit anywhere (including the exit row) since I am technically not a pre-boarder but considered an "Attendant"? I'm not sure if anyone know the answer or not, but any help would be appreciated! Thanks so much!

Hi everyone, This blog has worked well for me in the past month so I thought I' ask another question. I have a Hulu Subscription already, and I noticed that HULU in included in the Southwest Shopping Portal. However, I noticed that it says that it is only valid on "new HULU and HULU live Subscriptions". Does this mean, then, that since I already have a subscription, I cannot get the extra points (in this case 1,100) by switching my subscription to HULU with Live tv instead of the subscription that I already am enrolled in?? I'm not sure if anyone would have an answer for this, but I thought I'd give it a shot and see! Thanks!

Hello everyone, Has anyone had transactions go missing from your credit card account? I have the Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus card and recently bought something from Omaha Steaks. For the first few days, the transaction was listed as "pending" on my online account. However, the last few days, all traces of the transaction are gone. It is not listed as pending, and it has not been listed as a sale either. I contacted the merchant and they said that everything went through correctly, and my order has shipped. I have not, however, contacted Chase directly yet as I know things are slowed down by the holiday season. If anyone has had this problem and can offer a solution, I would really appreciate it! Hello, Yesterday I bought something from Omaha Steaks through the Southwest Shopping website via the Rapid Rewards Shopping Button extension for Chrome. I completed the transaction, but when I went to look at my transaction history and my point totals on the Button extension, I was told that something had gone wrong and I had been logged out. I signed back into my account and there was nothing there...transaction history or points earned. I know that this is a customer forum, but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this happen before and may be able to give me some answers from personal experience.
