Very disapointed with SWA's rollout of Hawaii flights. There are no more tickets available. Wanted to use miles and have companion status - but no go. I have all these miles and campanion status and they are worthless. I will have to purchase tickets through other carrier. Thanks SWA.

This is starting to get frustrating. Can you please provide an update on Hawaii service as you have loyal SWA’ers that want to make plans and my choose other carriers. Thanks.

Greetings. We are planning a spring break trip to Kona from Oakland mid April. Do you think SWA will have routes open by then or should I commit the greatest act of heracy and buy tickets on another airline? Thanks for the help.
