Hey all! I just completed a phone interview yesterday for CSA. I checked my dashboard today, and for that specific application, it now says “closed complete”. Does that mean i am not moving forward to the virtual panel or is this just a step and i may receive further communication requesting the virtual panel? I know she mentioned that i will know if i am selected in a few days, i was just wondering if this is a hint that i am no longer being considered. Thank you so much (:

Hello! I saw that most positions require a certain amount of training in Dallas. I was wondering how long would the training be for a CSA? & are they also required to train in Dallas? Thanks so much!

Does anyone know if SWA allows you to transfer to another airport in the case of moving? I am in Chicago now, but plan to be moving to Florida in the next few years. I would love to work for SWA, and being able to transfer to another airport would make it even better! Thanks in advance!
