Since it is a primary reason to use the app, yes, it would be great if they would fix it. What I can't figure out is why they keep messing it up. It says a lot about the IT people that they CONTINUALLY put out an app that they clearly haven't tested. Then they get it fixed only to "update" the app and make it unusable. Once is understandable but to keep doing this is unacceptable.

Did you update to the newest iOS a week or so ago? That could be the issue. I will say that as I'm writing this, I'm sitting at my gate at Midway Airport, just used the mobile boarding pass, and everything went just fine. The only odd thing I'm seeing now is that notifications don't seem to be going to my Apple watch, as they used to. That has been happening for a couple months now. New iOS 13 coming out in the next couple weeks, maybe that will fix everything, although I believe the issues are on SW's end.

Well, it worked for me the last time I used it, a couple weeks ago but I believe that may have been pre-12.4 iOS. I am also running 12.4 and I have a flight this weekend so I'll let you know. What I HAVE noticed is that on my last few SW flights, the boarding pass would not get sent to my Apple Watch, as it always has. I could get to it by opening the Apple Wallet on the Watch but in past, it automatically got sent over prior to the flight. Brent

DancingDavidE, as I expected, it was nothing wrong on my end but was a problem with the newly updated app, which has now been fixed. I had a flight yesterday and the problem has been resolved and the button is back where it belongs.

I also posted this in another section on SW's website and was notified that there was an error and it has been fixed. I had a flight on SW yesterday and it was, in fact, fixed.

Thank you for your reply. I'm using an iPhone XS, with the newest iOS, 12.3. I've restarted the app and the phone, still the same results. Even the BP page looks different, it has an all blue background that I don't recall from before, appears to have been redesigned. Again, I've used this "Add to Wallet" feature for years, sometimes 4-5 times a month, and never had this problem. Here is a screenshot of the BP page:

I have been using the SW app for years, sending my mobile boarding pass directly to my Apple Wallet. Today, I updated the app to the newest version that just came out (6.5.2) and now, when you view your mobile boarding pass, there is no option to send it to Apple Wallet, as there always has been. Anyone else seeing this? I have a flight tomorrow and wanted to send the BP to Apple Wallet. I DID use the workaround by checking in on the website then text the BP to my phone and the option to Apple Wallet it was there, but not on the SW app.
