I used the merchant portal to purchase some items. The charge appeared on my Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card. I received the points. Two weeks later my RR account shows a deduction of the points due to refund. I did not return the items. No refund was posted to my credit card. Who do I contact to get the points reinstated? Rapid Rewards customer service - Chase customer service - or the merchant? Thanks!
