Hi everyone! Newbie to the community but wanted to thank all of you who've posted and answered questions on this forum, much appreciated! Since the beginning of the year I've been researching Southwest as a company/family and after all I've read, youtubed and dug, I'm really interested in joining the Emerging Leader Development Program. Are there any past ELDP candidates on here that can share their personal experience? I've turned down full time job offers in order to keep my schedule flexible, in hopes of being selected for this program. What is the typical timeline from application, interview to official offer letter? Thanks and have a great day!
